My approach to resistance training is evidence- and habit based, focusing on the key movement patterns.
One thing that is very important to me, when training a client, is to “not only train” them, but to educate them on everything fitness related, so they can achieve long term results and live a healthy and balanced lifestyle independently.
If you’re working with me, you will be doing a lot of barbell work and I will teach you how to work with it in the right way. We are going to prioritize getting you stronger, regardless of if you have a weight loss, weight gain or performance based goal. It all comes hand in hand.
I am offering both In-Person and online services, so there is an option for everybody. Services can be provided worldwide and in three languages: english, german and swedish.

Online Coaching
This service is right for you, if you want a personalized plan that is tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but also want to be flexible time- and location wise.

If you already have experience in resistance training and want to be flexible time and location wise, but still need some professional guidance and a clear path to achieve your goal - the online coaching is the right service for you.
Together we will identify your goals and I will provide you with a training plan tailored to those goals.

1:1 Personal Training
The ideal choice if you want guidance in the gym through in-person training sessions along with a customized workout plan. Train with me in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Face-to-Face Sessions
If you’re looking for a coach right by your side in the gym, then this is the right program for you!
With the 1:1 Personal Training you will get a program completely tailored to your specific fitness goals, this hour of the day is solely allocated to work on YOU. I will help you feel more comfortable in the gym, execute exercises with the right form, be your hype buddy and personal motivator ;-). We will go over any questions you have according a balanced lifestyle and I will educate you on your personal health and fitness for long term results.
I follow a hybrid approach, which means that you will both train in-Person with me, but will also get additional workouts in my app to do on your own, together with an overall lifestyle plan to reach your goals and maintain them long-term.

Virtual Personal Training
This option is perfect for beginners (+intermediate) that would like in person guidance with exercising, but are living elsewhere then me, or just want to work out more time wisely from the own comfort of their home.
Zoom Sessions
I will create a strength program, that is individualized to you and your personal goals. Together we will implement it at least 2x/week through virtual sessions via Zoom, in which I will guide you through your workout, motivate you and educate you on how to execute the exercises.

Pre- and Postnatal Training
I am proud to say that I am a certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach.
Keeping up with resistance training during pregnancy offers numerous benefits such as reducing the risk of gestational diabetes and preeclampsia, preparing your body for childbirth, and improving fetal development.
Postnatal training supports recovery, helps you regain your strength after growing a human, and enhances mental well-being.
