I have a mission in life. That mission is to help busy women/moms get strong and STAY strong long term. To get more comfortable in their bodies, have high self esteem and be aware of their self worth. To not be scared of lifting heavy, but to feel empowered by it and realize what their bodies are capable of.
I have been involved in independent sports my whole life. Growing up, I did gymnastics and played tennis competitively and also worked as a tennis coach for several years. It was here that my passion for coaching truly began—I loved helping others learn and grow through sports.
After graduating from High School I moved to Canada, where playing tennis became less accessible. Instead, I found myself spending more time at the gym, discovering a love for resistance training. But during that time, I also fell into the trap that so many women face: becoming overly focused on shrinking my body, losing weight, and counting every calorie. This mindset led me down a path of an unhealthy obsession with my size, rather than my strength.
It took time, but through discovering weightlifting - especially powerlifting, I shifted my focus. I realized that the true power of lifting isn’t about becoming smaller—it’s about becoming stronger, taking up space, and embracing what your body is capable of. This transformation changed not only how I approached fitness but also how I viewed myself.
When I am lifting weights, I am able to turn my brain off. I love constantly working on my physical and mental health and feeling strong. I believe that a strong, healthy body and a healthy mind are connected.
Resistance training and powerlifting became a priority in my life and I kept learning and educating myself on it. I know that if I would’ve invested in a coach myself, I would have reached my goals much quicker. That’s why I decided to go into the fitness sector professionally. To help other women reach their goals and not do the same mistakes as me.
Now, my passion is helping women like you become the best version of themselves. I care deeply about my clients and their individual goals, and I want to share the transformative impact that proper training and nutrition have had on my life. In a world flooded with misinformation on social media, I use evidence-based methods to cut through the noise and deliver real, lasting progress.
