I specialize in helping women build a fitness routine with a focus on getting stronger, instead of smaller & maintaining this routine long-term. Whether you're looking to improve strength, stay active during pregnancy, or regain confidence postpartum, I provide training tailored to your needs.

Together, we’ll focus on foundational movement patterns while cutting through the noise of misinformation on social media. I’m passionate about educating my clients so they can confidently lead balanced & healthy lives on their own terms.

My mission is simple: to help you feel at home in your body and unlock your strongest, most badass self!

I offer services in English, German, and Swedish—available in PEI, Canada or Online!
